Community water associations managing critical infrastructure with spreadsheets and paper.
ASADAS (community water management associations in Costa Rica) track member data, water quality, financial records, and regulatory compliance — but with disconnected manual systems that risk errors and lost data.
Purpose-built internal tool designed around operational reality.
We mapped every operational workflow — member registration, billing cycles, water quality reporting, compliance filing — and built a single platform that replaced six disconnected tools.
What we built
Member Management
Digital registry of all association members with billing history, status tracking, and contact management.
Billing System
Automated billing cycles with metered usage, payment tracking, and overdue notifications.
Compliance Dashboard

Water Quality Logs
Digital logging of water quality measurements with historical charts and regulatory threshold alerts.
Financial Reports
Automated income/expense reporting with exportable summaries for board meetings and audits.
Role-Based Access
